well lets hope our luck continues, and next week we get good news from the courts. its time to put all that behind us, and we can focus on finishing this merger, and find a model that works, avoid bad weather, bad press, and negative news, and with a little luck from oil prices and global tensions, we can put this in the high 40's where it belongs, and one day high 50's again
