Man I’m sure it’s tough. I’m in at the “tail end” so I can’t begin to understand the frustration. Being so fresh into it, I look at it much differently than you guys.

In my eyes, I’m seeing what you guys saw years ago. I still see potential. It’s a huge, relatively untapped market with plenty of years to grow. Titans tech and patents aren’t to be ignored IMO.

I know you look at it much differently now than I do. Maybe I’m in the same boat in a few years. Who knows. I will say this though. I found this board during the “good days”. Read it daily and saw nothing but good/positive posts. I researched, did my DD, became a believer, bought in. Fast forward to today, if I’m on this board, it’s completely opposite. I can’t relay the message to friends and other potential investors. The sentiment seems to be based on share price alone (not the product) but we’re still a year or so out (for now).

It’s an anonymous message board, sure, but it’s the first thing I found when I googled Titan. The positive sentiment helped sway me. As it will potential future investors. I wholeheartedly appreciate the negative side as it does shed light on reality and what to be cautious of. I’m much more cautious now of when I buy or won’t buy!

But, if this is one of the first sites that pops up on Google, and if long term heavy investors are not in favor of the stock they’re invested in, am I wrong to think that wouldn’t affect potential future investors? You should be pissed! I’m not saying you shouldn’t. But I’m sure the tutes wanting to buy may pay a scrub to scan this board since it will be on the first page of Google?

I could be way off base here, but this is what myself, as a newbie, sees when researching Titan.

True. Also, this is an experienced “hedge fund” that is also getting a boat load of warrants. Very possible that this is a short term investment for them knowing that the stock price will gap up after the closing and then they can sell for a slight profit and still keep their warrants. With the amount of money invested $3 million...I am sure it’s a calculated move which isn’t necessarily based on the due diligence of holding long term. More geared towards the due diligence of how can we protect our money in the short term of this deal and still have a long term gamble if this works out(free warrants)....hence the word “Hedge” fund.
These guys aren’t operating with the same mentality of retail investors. They are not going to continue to invest for years in the same stock because they believe in the technology. They are not attached to a vision or company...they see a mark/opportunity and they take it.
