There's nothing shady going on with this company. The SEC suit settled by CVSI was a bullshit suit. Mona made a mistake by trusting his accountants a long time ago. SEC thought that he profited from his accountant's mistake (he didn't). The suit was settled for a piddling amount. I believe that Mona could have successfully fought it but it would have been costly and time consuming. Insinuations of "shadiness" are groundless. While many penny stocks operate in Shadyville, CVSI does not. Profitable, lean, no dilution of stocks, debts paid off, in an industry that is about the explode. Nothing shady about that. This was a total con job by a company known for many years to short a stock and then write a catastrophic article. Citron made millions today, I'd speculate. Apparently that's allowed. I'm going to contact TD Ameritrade, which published this crap (a paid advertisement). If anyone should be cited for fraud, it's Citron. Hopefully, there will be consequences, but at this point, CVSI is looking to continue to dominate the CBD space, uplist, develop their drug candidate. And even if they don't own the patent, it doesn't mean they can't progress, it just means that someone else may share in the profit. Everyone take a chill pill. I suspect a little drop in the AM, followed by a rebound, not back to 6.6, but up for the day. GLTAL. Didn't sell any shares. Not getting spooked. Fundamentals rock solid. This company will dominate the space. MT
