Is UCPA the sort of stock that loses value or ignores news releases as far as pps is concerned? Those of you who have been here long will know the answer to this .
It is not necessarily a bad thing, but it would be helpful for me to know. I would not bail out because of that but it gives me i sight into possible manipulation. Thank you.
