What we mean by the heading is that the Cabal is poised to "turn on a dime", cover their remaining 180,000 shares "short" position, and become a "long-only" investor group.


They tipped their hand conclusively last Friday when they "crossed" the 107,000+ share block at .36 at the market close, after a session where they held the range to one cent between .42 and .43 cents.


We now KNOW they are running a long position as well as their short position, and even manipulate the amount of shares they allocate to each position before each 15-day report of their short position.


This further explains why they have pressured the share price below 1.00, which would be insane if they were short only; they hope to accumulate as much stock as possible at these ludicrous price levels.

Now you understand why they built up an enormous 2 million+ share short position to intimidate the longs in the 2016-2017 timeframe; as their name implies, THEY WERE FULLY HEDGED WITH THEIR LONG POSITION AT ALL TIMES.

PT actually had a short position when he wrote his Seeking Alpha article. Is that allowed for a card carrying member of the Short Cabal? I thought we in the Short Cabal were only allowed to post here on ihub with the actual shorting done by a shady consortium of hedge funds who are paying us fees through a Cayman Islands bank.
