404 - 225 = 179. (Not 289)

But there are not 179 million in the float either, as some are restricted. I didn't see an exact number, but guessing about 150 million.

Dang, I still own over 10% of the float. Need this stop sign off, and then yes, I need to lighten up a little.

Yeah, it's not that simple. And your math is wrong. There are still restricted shares as well...
