Megas was, of course, well aware of the sale of the shell to Carter Care. He could have complained then, back in May 2005. But didn't. Instead, he tried to cut a deal with Pino.

It wasn't until Art Gecko began nagging him that he decided to do something. Not because he cared about any illegality; because he wanted to be able to cast all the blame on Pino.

I still believe that contract Pino and Sytner, who said he was representing BCIT, signed in late 2004 is the real thing. Megas claimed it was a "forgery", but naturally that's what he'd do.
