Exactly my point. They can't raise the A/S without filing an amendment at the Nevada SOS to raise the A/S. And they cannot file a corporate amendment without first assigning a new resident agent and paying all the back taxes owed to reinstate the entity.

Nevada business entities in bad standing cannot make corporate changes. Which is why the A/S is still 2,500,000,000 shares.

It will cost ARTR $16,500 to get back to active

Until that happens ARTR cannot make any corporate changes including raising the authorized share count.
