We confirm that the JV will be implemented immediately upon GNCC Capital, Inc. being restored as a “Current Filer” on the OTC Markets.

This excerpt makes NO MENTION OF ACQUISITIONS and rather strongly reiterates the JV, nothing else. This is officially what Blom/Lowenthal want you to believe

The concept of acquisition is invented and added by creative individuals I guess
