I think every city in the country has a "street light project". I'm sure one could find information on what's going on with any public works projects in Chicago or the rest of Illinois. Would that clear anything up? I guess the owners of GSI have been given 500 million VPER shares and they are supposed to receive $10 million within three years if I remember correctly. VPER appears to have almost no revenue, let alone money to spend on much of anything. Is all of this new revenue from GSI supposed to fund the purchase of that company? Why would the owners of GSI sell if that's the case?
