It's just not the BEST ask right now, so it's not showing.

Or it could be gone ;)

I don't see Level II on AMEX stocks, so I can't see the entire stack of bids/asks, just the best ask/best bid, although I can make some pretty good guesses at what's in the stack from when certain bids/asks WERE the best bids or asks, then get covered up by a better one.

I've given up trying to figure out WHY TIV trades the way it does at times LOL, I just let how it DOES trade be my guide. Fortunately lately the guide has just kept pointing up, so, no stress! :)
