6-8 of use ENTI folk that bought the security through a brokerage when ENTI freely traded. Then during the Corporate between ENTI/PTEL for MMX the security became restricted. In my particular during that Corporate action my non self clearing brokerage failed to deliver a immediate cash payable divvy payment on time. It was 3 weeks late. Cost me money. Which is a Market Fail to Deliver regardless of intent and Security Fraud in my book. Must have been the brokerage did not have a direct line to the DTCC during the corporate action to get the DTCC rubber stamp approval on shares....which may very well have caused the Market Fail to Deliver. That made cause for me to file a $250,000,000.00 valid SEC complaint. Shortly after that complaint filing my non self clearing brokerage sold $275,000,000.00 of assets to Ally then merged with TradeKing. Tradeking was then acquired by Ally. 16 month ago I was sorta made to sign a money market agreement to access my account. Then it was assigned to Apec clearing. My understanding Ally has set aside 2-3 Billion to clear account from the acquisition.

None the less "1" ENTI cert share was delivered electronically to that account and attached to my ENTI shares, shortly after filing the SEC complaint. Activity log suggest I also have 3 MIA cert shares owed.

I hear it only takes "1" . 240 shares SEC reported short at PTEL. Must be Cert shares owed? Strangely ENTI had about 2,400,000,000 control shares once upon time at a par value of .0001.


Guess the Market has to get to that "1" cert share. Wait and see how that works out. Don't believe my J105 ENTI shares can be R/S'd they are still locked in a unsettled valid SEC complaint.

Most Complaint are settled at 10% of value. I am at 12%. Thus the $5 per share for my old ENTI shares...

Personally I am thinking 20.215 Million PTEL and a few SREH now ABVG divvy's tag a 20.4 Million Nasdaq Ready and forward split to cover the IYP IOU. That then gives you 30-45 days sometime 60-90 days to clear and makes all the conundrum attachments from the ENTI/PTEL/MMX deal run. Vizads maybe...
