I know Kevetrin has a very short half life, but I don't remember ever hearing anything about the half life of Prurisol.

I do know, though, that if they went to 3 times a day it should still be safe due to overall dosage that can be given per day.

I would think they go to a higher dosage rather than more times per day as that would be easier for patients to administer (just once in the morning and once before bed) as opposed to 3 times per day.
