Claims, no matter how much they were paid for to obtain, have no legal value. In fact, no monetary value, per SEC Industry Guide 7, can be attributed to any inground gold, even if it is in proven reserve form and has had a bankable feasibility study done. Of course, if and when a company gets that far, and a production decision has been made, there will be value.
But, at this time, there is none, essentially.
