It's not like the board and CEO of STZ wasn't aware of Canopy planning on a split. It's not like this deal just popped up last week they've been working on it for quite some time. The split will still come in my opinion before rec sales start.

I’m comfortable with 400 mill. I think it was either the stz deal, or a split.
