We know these bureaucrats that Dr Dalton is waiting on are most likely FINRA since he said it's not the SEC. Ticker change and changes to the SS are imminent imo. I imagine that since we are a low float ticker (as per Dr Dalton himself) huge blocks of restricted shares must have been given to Dr Goldman, Sterling Crockett, Dr Mitchell, Stephen Olsen and several others on the Agrimed and Sativeo payrolls.
They would be crazy to pass up on this perfectly squeaky clean shell. Going public will earn each one of those people listed above generational wealth and that includes of course Dr Dalton with his huge chunk of shares as well as any of us that were/are smart enough to load up imho.
