Very debatable labeling the last K trial a success. How much capital was spent for recruiting 4 patients and concluding oral dosage was the only alternative. The last B-UP trial had less than 20 patients at an unkown location with no funding to continue. B-Absssi still frozen 3 years waiting on FDA guidance which was never disclosed with no funds to continue. Seems odd to be batting 1000 in trials yet there’s still no partners or sufficient cash to proceed with now a self imposed deadline for funding/survival.
