If you look up nakedbudsfarm.com (not formally published site) it shows up as Rich Cannabis Group, with 100% ownership of Easy Grinder and Simple Cork, and also with a 20% stake in DNP LLC — a licensed marijuana grower in state of Oregon (see below).

It seems VPOR is trying to become a legit marijuana business? or, it “seems”.

Nakedbudsfarm website is obviously copying off Cronos Group website (CRO#), but they better get CRO#’s information off that site unless they want to get into copy infringement and misrepresentation charges from a publicly traded Nasdaq company.

I can only assume from this mock Wordpress website that Rich Cannabis Group (Dror and Yaniv) will reverse merge (again) at some point, which includes Easy Grinder and Simple Cork, and I don’t know how much truth there is to Rich Cannabis Group owning 20% stake in DNP LLC, but if they do, I’ve confirmed with OLCC their license number and is a licensed grower/producer in Oregon.


Nakedbudsfarm.com was registered on 7/19/2018 and is registered by Naked Media in Florida. I don’t know what the relationship is.

I’ve done some research on the fly and came up with a bunch of connections but can’t confirm any of the information until I have some time. Hope folks can connect the dots.
