So to be clear.... you are only in favor of contracts worth tens of millions? Anything else you are not interested in.... at half a cent. Is that right? Not the IP, executives on board, acquisitions possibilities, etc.
Do you realize that they are not buying the voting system the day of the election? The sale of the software, hardware, beta testing, product support etc will be a constant income stream and not tied to election cycles.
