Hi pearsby, look at the debt and convertible notes on the 10q. This has turned into a dilution machine over the last quarter and it will have to continue to cover the debt.

Even though the company value and market cap may go up they are watering it down so fast that the share price probably won’t improve over time.

Be very careful on this one and play it for short term pops with small positions.
