Absolutely Decimus1, the insiders ownership of 65% is huge. Common sense tells me when management are shareholders, they will act in their best interest. In the process, this will create value for all shareholders. Interests of management are aligned nicely with the interest of the shareholders, thus potentially benefiting everyone.
