In certain embodiments, the sample includes oral fluid sample.

In certain embodiments, the sample includes exhaled breath sample.

In certain embodiments, the sample includes a combination of oral fluid sample and exhaled breath sample.

So is it a truly - 2 Hour Window Only of Detection?

I’d say not if Oral Fluids are Use - Time does matter on THC as no-one can truely determine THC Impairment between Users and a 2 Hour Window of Detection Only will be the Start for Court Approval

And that’s not even claiming your Impaired but Used within 2 Hours of Driving or Operating a Motor Vehicle
