GERS. Dutch, I saw INNOVATION too? They managed to patent many of their INNOVATIONS, and that meant a great deal to me too!

Imagine a Penny Stock Company Contracting such people as SUNOCO, and all the Others? That says something in itself! I love the innovative mind & the Boys, Winsness and Kreisler, seem to have that going for them? It hasn't stopped either! Then for those Co's to continue renewing their contracts, speaks volumes to me! I felt they had no limit to their ascent!

What those alleged Infringers did to them was unforgivable, yet the Boys pushed as hard as they had to in order to get their voices heard in Court?
Whether the outcome will be satisfactory to all those on the board is still up in the air, but to have Royalties lost, (While other Companies are still paying Quarterly Royalties for the same products and services,) should mean something to the Judge(s)! 5-9 years of downtime for Gers, yet they are still functioning, but to a lesser extent!

The Judge, or Judges, have come across many Illegal misadventures by some of the "Lust for Money" Obsessive people, and that is always in back of their minds... and I am sure those Illegals presented reasons that were plausible to them, but still would be Illegal in the Courtroom! Judges do not like people & Companies, who skirt the Laws and hurt other people without thought or care... just to make an additional buck, especially when Gers people have proven their Scientific intent, and who had no illegal intent in mind whatsoever!!!

If the verdict goes against GERS and the Boys, I will not only be surprised, but disheartened as well! While I cannot see the full Monetary damages being agreed to, there are probably many other ways the losses can be made-up by the Defendants, if found guilty? Those were probably discussed a great deal in the Mediation?

The Patents to me at least, far outweigh the minor mistakes, if they were ever made in the first place, by Gers people who should easily be able to counteract them rather easily in the end IMO? To me, it comes down to what is the most important thing, the already proven and contracted Patents, or some trivial matter that means far less in the minds of the Judge or judges?

Yes, the defendants will make every little mistake seem like a Deadly Volcanic Eruption, but I believe their EVIL intent will be brought-out in the open by experienced judges, who will factor in probable Illegal dealings some of the major "Infringers" conducted in the past!

A lot to ingest by the Judge(s) yes, but they can see the important from the unimportant, which brings us back to the Patents, and the way GERS people have conducted themselves in the past, which was pretty much straight and Legal, and which will become most apparent as the whole Gers History unfolds! IMO only... GLTA all the Positive and patient holders?
