You are a newbie here. I have owned FCEL stock since 2001. I am well-aware of how deals get done in this business. I have done a lot of due diligence on it. We are wayyyyyy oversold based on our backlog and prospects. If we had been a private company and came public just now with our prospects and balance sheet, our market cap would be much more than Bloom Energy's is, IMHO.
