Your comments make sense on the surface. But doesn't the bank need to be convinced about future income in order to approve the mortgage? No doc loans are not available. So then, he was showing substantial income for himself to qualify for a mortgage that's over 800k? And that came from where? Consulting? Where else?

LMAO! No bank is going to grant a mortgage based upon an applicant's claim that his company will someday in the future be making him oodles of money. Except, of course, if you were Paul Manafort and just plain lied about everything. Now, does that sound like our ww?
