I actually got the list from iHubber Hanibal, I believe he created his own screener, he provided me with the list of those companies classified as 'shells' on OTCM, and had less than 20M o/s.....then I went through those manually and looked at the insider ownership % and guesstimated what the float may be.

I'm primarily interested in those shells with over 51% insider ownership, and preferably much higher. It seems like the higher the insider ownership the less chance of r/s(assuming the o/s is reasonably low), and higher probability of f/s vs big share issuance.

Keep in mind it's not 100% accurate, for example I estimated ARBE(EVGI) to have a 550K share float and 92.5% insider ownership, when it reality it was 91K float and 98.75% insider ownership, so the numbers could be off to a degree.
