Not to mention SNVP has -$1.323M Huge Negative Equity and Huge amount ($515,764) of CD Toxic Debts! SNVP is not a "Clean Shell" at all! Thus no any Reverse-Merger value before the company gets rid of Huge Debts and Liabilities, especially those Hyper Greedy CD debts holders since they are always against all the shareholders and any potential investors!
