What is a fair assessment of this company? Last I heard they had machinery/the system in place. Have they sold any fuel or fulfilled any contracts? Technology is one thing, execution is another, and I know things take time. This one was ready supposedly. Now maybe I am behind the curve here and not caught up on any developments that are sound.
