HE777 stocks are held in ranges for various reasons my friend. Many times you have folks (BIG PLAYERS AND GROUPS) loading positions. They play the range until they have their pre-defined positions.
I have been in the markets for 20+ years. I have seen stocks that would get great news again and again and again. No movement maybe even dips. Then one day no news and it takes off. You must realize there are many forces at play here in the OTC and in the larger indices.
Honestly most of my largest winners have re-acted exactly the same way. They drive you to frustration again and again then BOOM!!!
Your left thinking why didn't I hold or add to my position that very last dip that happened.

Bottom line there is no exact science here for us retail that basically ride the coattails of the larger players!!! We just try to gain experience over the years that helps us identify when these very scenarios are in play!
