I'd like Umbra to succeed...but he talks too much instead of specifically addressing things like the SS...this is not just his personality - its strategy. On the long run this can backfire, esp. when he looses our support (after the inevitable AS increase - I take he is not busting all with an RS at this time)...unless he is in negotiations with s.th. bigger e.g. merger
