Unfortunately, your points about the IR are believed by me too. The opposing part is IMO, this type seek out naive and struggling CEOs. Ive personally witnessed the Hart guy's bs several times... Mike Bannon has been targeted imo... there's many ponzi scheme players in this otc arena... look at adac has the same situation but different schemers in there (I have all the info on that scheme based out of Florida).
I believe Mike can rectify this (and I also believe he truly wants to) due to his business mind bringing in the HowCo experience and network. They will pull through, the good fundamentals always prevail!
Ive corresponded with Mike a few times with cc to S. Hart. Mike has responded with a heartfelt drive and S. Hart merely put me on some mass mailing list lol yet he never responded to me.
