Everything you have just listed has not resulted in any money exchange for product so not sure. So aside from deals announced 2.5 years ago, what did the shorts due to prevent him or the company from selling product and growing the company?
Over the past 3 years Sonny has raised some $40+ million? What did the shorts due to mismanage that money? It all falls on the ceo for the dismal performance that he has overseen
Over the period of time this has been going on none of that is performance in my opinion, especially when there is no communication on any of that regarding a status. Not saying SB hasn’t done ANYTHING, but he has performed VERY poorly. Saying he can’t communicate because of pending M&A/B O doesn’t cut it. And financially I’m sick of looking at the auditors warning that without CFO there isn’t enough command and control. That is definitely going to matter to anyone looking to buy as this drags out. Time value of money on this puppy- beware.
