One other option is the company could buy back shares. If I was Alex I might be a little worried about a hostile takeover, with the pps this low. I don’t know if he still owns enough of the company to stop it. Right now the market cap is about $1.2 million at the most, the assets are over $8 million, which should be much higher with the $35,000,000 they spent on tech.

I did and he said there is no reason to increase AS or do a RS and he wont do it. I asked how that decision will effect the cap structure and he said it will only help. Time will tell.

Keep in mind the only reason to do a RS is to issue more shares at a higher price in order to raise money and increasing the OS would be for the same reason to raise money. He said the company does not need money and has what it needs.
