If anything, then can you guys send break my certs out of the larger broker blocks? And send the individual certs to the transfer agent (Pacific Stock Transfer) to remove the restrictive legend so that so they Transfer agent can send back the new certs with no restrictions so it can be traded? I have been with Etrade for a few years now and I really would like to see some proactive movement on this asap.

can u please give me a date timeline of events that operations has taken to date with regards to this matter. I'd like to understand what is going on here behind the scenes and thank you.

Save it for the soapbox. I have been telling Etrade and TDA to unrestrict them for well ver a year.

The answer (until two weeks ago) was to send them hundreds of dollars to research it. This whole scam is on Wayne's refusal to re-issue new certs.
