They need to get on a bigger exchange and it seems the company recognizes that. I believe with a high degree of certainty they have been advised this by others.
At this point the market values the company where it is, and is waiting on more signals, news, or a run up to completion of the P3 etc. That run up to the release of the data could be pretty fun as word gets out of the impending TOPLINE P3 results.
