Kinda funny, wired in a sense. CEO purchases a large block of stock on the open market. Good news right, stock price goes up. Then company files form 3 authorizing another form securities that could dilute shareholders. Was CEO blind sided, surely he had to know what was taking place.... Totally confused.
shows there are unfortunately a lot of bag holders on this one looking for the exit on any spike. Typical sub dollar stock. I'm buying some under .40 here and there and will bank them long term.
