Publicly traded and audited company vs a trader whose sole post is the message I'm responding to. Interesting...

This company was the first company from Sri Lanka to ever be listed on a stock exchange in N America....they are audited and are listed on otcmarkets as being an active OTCQB stock....they hired Maxim Group ( aka market maker MAXM) to help raise capital and possibly do a 2nd offering....they paid Maxim a nice pile of cash, I can’t imagine Maxim would do business with scam artists willingly....reputation at stake...

Fins are due tomorrow....I’ll be reading them whenever they show up...I’m not expecting anything great...just looking for some answers...
