Yes, interesting as UTSW got their Exsomes kits back and an increase in the value of their stock. I believe they may still even have recourse rights if their IP is not actively developed. It would be enlightening to have a representative from UTSW (public institution???) explain exactly where they stand and what they feel their ownership rights are at this time. Furthermore, I believe Thorpe had a large number of shares so what has happened to his ownership. Lastly, where is Dr Brekkin on all of this? He was so gun ho and then disappeared after his trip to China.
