I'm not calling the company or emailing them anymore because they never reply which bothers me. At least reply to my email!!! But support is good just need to get over that penny and keep it there. New buyers don't want to hit a penny cause it cost them more but hey I hit it few times because when its at a dime or more what difference does it matter!!!!
