Sorry about your loss Carver. This has affected many of us. A few years ago this looked a little more promising (i.e. the Founder's purchases etc.). Unfortunately it did not materialize. What I have learned since this and after losing thousands of dollars in this company myself is that if a company is not current on their financial documents and if the success of the company depends highly on the work of others outside the company, than that is a red flag.
