Every traders knows what happens when you have a reverse merger. The current holders are obliterated in the process through a huge R/S or a huge increase in authorized shares, or better yet, both. In the end, if you area DIGX shareholder, you are trapped with worthless toilet paper that will soon become even more worthless.
