been in this game too long to think that any business is altruistic toward shareholders and based upon earlier iterations of this company and management, my opinion has not changed.
put forth a plan for any additional growth/acquisition/new product opportunities, and fine- the potential cash based upon additional shares is there. but the market is likely to see this as simply authorizing more shares for dilutive results and the PPS will drop once again despite rosy predictions for product revenues and so forth.
