Yes, we will have a series of press releases or announcements from TRW. I've seen other companies issue 3 or 4 press releases.

The first one involves an outline plan. They don't know the specifics yet. How many SIAF shares. If they can give us the Record Date for the first distribution then we are making good progress. The only thing that matters now.

They will tell you exactly how much the value is per SIAF share. They have to. But not in the first announcement, IMO.
