The 3a10 was disclosed and explained. It was actually quite simple. They paid debt. Same as every other company that uses the exemption.
The company has not said it was increasing the A/S. Thats folks here spreading speculation and rumors.
The funny thing here is that everyone complains that the company is not evolving quick enough or changing fast enough yet this board has not changed at all. lol. loosely formulated speculation made worse by those who intentionally spread bad info. Dont believe all the negative or all the positive. Down the middle and watch the progress
