Don't entirely disagree but if our QA product was so good and as John Rice said they are good friends with morf3d then why do you think the CEO would email a random guy saying there is no long term plans with Sigma. I get not merging and that may have ruffled some feathers but if your product is good even people who don't like you will buy it. This happens everyday at my company we don't like some companies but their products just work the best so you buy it and deal with it.
This morf3d thing has been my biggest red flag so far, I could be over thinking this but who knows.
