A retail Marijuana Monopoly was on the radar screen by active private citizens. The DUID Roadside Device procurement process, not so much. It's flying under the radar, and the mere mention of government "monopoly" suggests that's exactly the type of Cash Cow (Draeger) the government wants installed, in order to Completely Control the flow of CAD 81 million dollars.

Tomorrow will be exactly two months away from new MJ Laws enactment. What type of news release will be required by Cannabix to offset the current reality of no approved breathalyzer in Canada? Will there likely be a continuous uptick from now til then... probably? But I'd bet, the haze will become Crystal Clear Come October 17, 2018.
