Show proof where Bozo Berman filed a complaint with PCAOB or board of Accountancy which claimed auditor was withholding DECN docs

Explain why Berman’s bookkeeper didn’t get papers

Show proof that criminal investigation is the reason why a law enforcement agency would not provide a copy of missing docs.
