Real story. Simple Prefers own 6/7ths of this company no matter how many common o/s. Since 2009 they've diluted and done two not one but two 1 for 1000 r/s. Last one year before current CEO told us all no more dilution. Then did more then any of the ceo's. Said they are MJ company but never sold any. I could go on but every PR since 2009 lies to dump shares. Think not? Then go look at PR's and all the lies yourself. Dilution never ends and never has here. She told shareholders and I think in PR they reduce a/s. Then she increased it back to 2.5 billion.
