I've repeatedly said YOU claimed you have "something like an NDA", which should be "sort of an NDA".
Why would you ever say something like that? It literally makes no sense, because there isn't a thing like "sort of an NDA". Of course, you said this around the same time you claimed a deal was in the works, birds were chirping, "some know", etc. It's obvious what you were alleging. To deny it at this point makes you seem delusional and/or foolish.
I claimed YOU claimed you had inside information; whether you actually talked to Howe directly or somehow got information shared on a phone call is irrelevant. You claimed you possessed private information, and it's black and white that you used that "information" to attempt a pump for a short period.
It's pretty evident. Anyone with a brain can clearly see the progression of events.
