Read this DD posted earlier from the best DD poster on stocks out there. She is tied to the convertible debt holder in Miami through the companies she represents so they can sell shares from their debt and dilute and both of her companies are also.

Both of them had the same Miami based financiers that crushed the LCLP share price during 2016 and 2017 before it went delinquent and are still set up to crush LCLP some more in the future

In my opinion Victoria Rudman is nothing but a figure head for the Miami based financiers involved in LCLP (Chuck Arnold, Benjamin Kaplan, Robert Grinberg, David Stefansky, and Arnold Goldin). She is there to assist them with their share selling by putting out timely press releases and making sure they can convert their debts without a hitch."
